Terms, refunds, and privacy

Last updated October 27, 2026. WaterOps Jobs is operated by Krueger Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us"). By using this site or purchasing a listing, you agree to these terms.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must have a real, open position. Listings must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may edit or remove any listing that is misleading, discriminatory, or unrelated to the water and wastewater industry, and we will refund the unused portion when we remove a listing for reasons other than a violation of these terms.

Job seekers apply directly to employers. We are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship and do not guarantee the outcome of any listing or application. Some listings link to postings published elsewhere; confirm details with the employer.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

A standard posting is $99 and stays listed for 30 days. A featured posting is $199, stays listed for 30 days, and is pinned to the top of search results for that time.

Listings go live immediately after payment. You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if the position was filled or posted in error. After that, listings are non-refundable, but we will edit them on request during their 30-day run.

To request a refund or change, email support@wateropsjobs.com with your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We collect the information you give us: employer contact details, the content of job listings, and the email address used for receipts. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

We use this information to publish listings, process payments, and send receipts. We do not sell personal information. To have your information deleted, email support@wateropsjobs.com.
